Refund policy
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless it is a factory defect. Our policy to rectify a defect in an item is 7 days. Our team must be contacted within 7 days to offer an exchange or a Store Credit for a defective item. There are no monetary refunds. You can exchange a defective item for another item(s) for equal or greater value.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will contact you to complete your transaction.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at talk@shopeastbarton.com. We will send you a return address via email.
Shipping
To return your defective product, you should email talk@shopeastbarton.com for a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
